DTS Hygiene Sdn. Bhd. formerly known as Delimec Hygiene (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in July 1996 under the Registration No. 394900-W. Ever since then, Delimec Hygiene (Sabah) had been a partially owned subsidiary of Delimec Hygiene Sdn. Bhd. until April 2003 where the company has been totally acquired by local share holders. The board of directors has thus renamed the company to DTS Hygiene Sdn. Bhd. in December 2004.
